73L Application (1) A licence holder may apply to Ports Victoria for the renewal of the towage service licence they hold before the expiry of the licence. (c) describe the towage service proposed to be provided under the renewed licence; and (d) specify the commercial trading port in which the towage service is proposed to be provided under the renewed licence; and (a) may require an applicant to provide further information or material in respect of the application; and (b) may require that the information or material be verified.
