63J Revocation of port licence (1) The Minister may revoke a port licence on any ground specified in the licence conditions. (2) The procedure that applies to a revocation of a port licence under subsection (1) is the procedure specified in the licence conditions (if any). S. 63K inserted by No. 62/2001 s. 88, repealed by No. 75/2004 s. 75, new s. 63K inserted by No. 10/2016 s. 116.
