49X State sponsored port operator must keep records of relevant service prices (1) A State sponsored port operator must keep records (including financial and business records) relating to the prices for relevant services the operator provides in accordance with guidelines prepared under subsection (3). (2) A State sponsored port operator must keep records (including financial and business records) relating to the prices for relevant services the operator provides in a manner that is consistent with guidelines prepared under subsection (3). (3) The Commission must prepare guidelines for the purposes of subsection (1) and (2).
