49H Protected provisions cannot be revoked or amended etc. (1) A protected provision that is in effect cannot be amended by another Order made under section 49A except with the agreement of the provider of prescribed services to whom the Order applies. (2) In addition, the effect of a protected provision that is in effect cannot be altered or varied by another Order made under section 49A except with the agreement of the provider of prescribed services to whom the Order applies. (3) A protected provision cannot be revoked except— (a) when the Pricing Order is wholly revoked because of the circumstances set out in section 49G; or (b) with the agreement of the provider of prescribed services to whom the Order applies.
