177 Definitions ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 23 of the Port Services (Port Management Reform) Act 2003 comes into operation; ***old corporation*** means HPHC, within the meaning of this Act, as in force immediately before the commencement day; ***new corporation*** means the Port of Hastings Corporation, within the meaning of this Act, as in force on and from the commencement day; ***transferred employee*** means an employee of the old corporation who is deemed to be an employee of the new corporation by section 179(1).
