28 Application of certain provisions

The specified provisions of the following Acts apply to a company or its subsidiary as if the company or subsidiary were a Government Business Enterprise:

(a) Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Stamp Duties Act 1931 ;

(b) section 10 of the Land and Income Taxation Act 1910 .
