### 23 Transfer of interest in land > The Minister, with the agreement of the Minister administering the [Government Business Enterprises Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1995-022) and after consultation with the Minister administering the [Crown Lands Act 1976](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1976-028) , may transfer any leasehold or freehold interest in land to a company or its subsidiary.
