#### 46 Revocation on application by PDF (1) A PDF may apply in writing to the Board to have its registration declaration revoked. (2) The PDF must notify each of its shareholders, in writing, that it has made the application. (3) The Board must revoke the registration declaration as soon as practicable after receiving the application.
