#### 43 Board may require certain persons to provide information or produce documents (1) The Board may, for the purposes of this Act, require a PDF, or a present or former officer or investment manager of a PDF: (a) to provide the Board with information relating to the PDF or to any of the PDF’s past or present investments; or (b) to produce to the Board documents that so relate. (1A) The Board may, for the purposes of this Act, require a resident investment vehicle, a venture capital entity or a present or former officer or investment manager of a resident investment vehicle or a venture capital entity: (a) to provide the Board with information relating to the resident investment vehicle or the venture capital entity; or (b) to produce to the Board documents that so relate. (2) A requirement must be made by notice in writing given to the person of whom it is made. (3) A requirement must specify a reasonable period within which it must be complied with. (4) A person must, within the specified period, comply with a requirement made of the person.
