#### 37 Board to advise of reasons for giving directions (1) The Board must include in a direction notice a statement of its reasons for giving the direction. (2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a notice does not affect the validity of the notice. (3) In this section: > direction notice means a notice under subsection 33(2), 34(1), 35(1) or 36(1) giving a person a direction.
