#### 16 Board to publish notice of registration declaration in the Gazette (1) As soon as practicable after making a registration declaration, the Board must cause to be published in the Gazette a notice that states the name of the company and advises that the company became, or will become, as the case requires, a PDF on a specified day. (2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a registration declaration does not affect the validity of the declaration.
