95A Delegation – ICAC (1) The ICAC may delegate any of the ICAC's powers or functions as chief officer under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to a member of ICAC staff who would be an eligible person to be appointed as the ICAC in accordance with section 111 of the ICAC Act. (2) No more than one delegation may be in force under subsection (1) at any one time.
