72 Object of Part The object of this Part is to facilitate, for law enforcement purposes, investigations in relation to criminal activity, including investigations extending beyond the Territory, by: (a) providing for the protection of the identity of operatives; and (b) facilitating mutual recognition of corresponding witness identity protection certificates.
