65 Indemnity for issuing agency and officers makes a request to the chief officer of an issuing agency of a participating jurisdiction under section 62. (2) The law enforcement agency must indemnify the issuing agency and any officer of the issuing agency, for any liability incurred by the issuing agency or officer (including reasonable costs) if: (a) the liability is incurred because of something done (whether in the Territory or elsewhere) by the issuing agency or officer to comply with the request in the course of duty; and (b) any requirements prescribed by regulation for this section
