38 Object of Part The object of this Part is to facilitate, for law enforcement purposes, investigations and intelligence-gathering in relation to criminal activity, including investigations extending beyond the Territory, by: (a) providing for the lawful acquisition and use of assumed identities; and (b) facilitating mutual recognition of things done in relation to assumed identities under corresponding laws.
