(2) For each inspection, the relevant oversight body: (a) after notifying the chief officer of the agency, may enter at any reasonable time premises occupied by the agency; and (b) is entitled to have full and free access at all reasonable times to all records of the agency that are relevant to the inspection; and (c) may require a member of staff of the agency to provide to the relevant oversight body any information: (i) that the relevant oversight body considers necessary; and (ii) that is in the member's possession, or to which the member has access; and (iii) that is relevant to the inspection. (3) The chief officer of the agency must ensure that members of staff of the agency give the relevant oversight body any assistance the body reasonably requires to enable the body to perform functions under this section.
