sec.76 Existing ADA State coordinator
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was authorised to be an ADA State coordinator under the repealed administration regulation, section 7A.3(1)(b). The person is taken to be the ADT coordinator until the commissioner revokes the commissioner’s authorisation of the person as the ADT coordinator. (sec.76-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was authorised to be an ADA State coordinator under the repealed administration regulation, section 7A.3(1)(b).
