sec.75 Existing vacancies advertised but not filled
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a notification about a vacancy in the service had been published in the Queensland Police Gazette under the repealed administration regulation, section 4.2 or 4.9; and the vacancy had not been filled. The repealed administration regulation, part 4 continues to apply in relation to the vacancy as if this regulation had not been made. (sec.75-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a notification about a vacancy in the service had been published in the Queensland Police Gazette under the repealed administration regulation, section 4.2 or 4.9; and the vacancy had not been filled. (sec.75-ssec.2) The repealed administration regulation, part 4 continues to apply in relation to the vacancy as if this regulation had not been made.
- (a) a notification about a vacancy in the service had been published in the Queensland Police Gazette under the repealed administration regulation, section 4.2 or 4.9; and
- (b) the vacancy had not been filled.
