sec.72 External service providers
For schedule 2 of the Act , definition external service provider , paragraph (c) , a person or class of persons employed in any of the following entities is declared to be an external service provider for part 5AA of the Act — CITEC; Data and AI; Queensland Shared Services; Smart Service Queensland. s 72 sub 2023 Act No. 7 s 63 amd 2025 SL No. 165 s 9

- (b) Data and AI;
- (c) Queensland Shared Services;
- (d) Smart Service Queensland.
