sec.55 Breath testing instruments
This section applies if the commissioner gives a direction that a reading shown by a particular type of instrument approved under section 5A .10(4)(a) of the Act , when used under part 5A of the Act , must be reduced by a stated amount. In deciding whether a relevant person is over the limit applying to the relevant person, the reading shown by the instrument must be reduced by the stated amount. (sec.55-ssec.1) This section applies if the commissioner gives a direction that a reading shown by a particular type of instrument approved under section 5A .10(4)(a) of the Act , when used under part 5A of the Act , must be reduced by a stated amount. (sec.55-ssec.2) In deciding whether a relevant person is over the limit applying to the relevant person, the reading shown by the instrument must be reduced by the stated amount.
