sec.53 Sufficient specimen of breath for testing
This section applies if an authorised person requires a relevant person to submit to an alcohol test. The authorised person may require the relevant person to blow into the instrument, used to perform the test, on as many occasions as are reasonably necessary to provide a sufficient specimen of breath for testing.
