sec.50 ADT coordinator to notify group coordinator of group’s selection
This section applies if the system mentioned in section 47 gives the name or other identifier of a selected group. The ADT coordinator must give the group coordinator a written notice (a random alcohol test notice )— stating the name or other identifier of the selected group; and requiring the group coordinator to advise an authorised person of the group that has been selected that the group has been selected for a random alcohol test. (sec.50-ssec.1) This section applies if the system mentioned in section 47 gives the name or other identifier of a selected group.
