sec.42 Frivolous or vexatious application for review
A review commissioner may refuse to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision if the review commissioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the application is frivolous or vexatious. If, under subsection (1) , a review commissioner refuses to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision, the review is taken to be completed. (sec.42-ssec.1) A review commissioner may refuse to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision if the review commissioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the application is frivolous or vexatious. (sec.42-ssec.2) If, under subsection (1) , a review commissioner refuses to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision, the review is taken to be completed.
