[Section 75D Inserted by No. 12 of 2009, s. 15, Applied:09 Jun 2009] Subject to this Act, the procedure on the making, hearing and determination of applications for review under this Division is to be as prescribed or, in the absence of regulations in that behalf, as the Police Review Board may determine.
