14I Definitions
> In this Division—
>
> attributed salary of office means—
>
> > (a) in relation to a member of the police force who commutes a superannuation allowance under section 7—the attributed salary of office of the member at the date of retirement or discharge, or
>
> > (b) in relation to a member of the police force who commutes a superannuation allowance under section 7AA or 10—the attributed salary of office of the member within the meaning of that section.
>
> disabled member of the police force means a member of the police force who is discharged after being certified, pursuant to section 8 (1) or 10B (1), to be incapable, from an infirmity of mind or body, of personally exercising the functions of a police officer referred to in section 14 (1) of the [Police Act 1990](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1990-047).
