92 Entitlements to payment of gratuity on termination
92 Entitlements to payment of gratuity on termination
(1) An eligible member who has acquired a right to extended leave with pay is entitled, immediately on the termination of the eligible member’s services, to be paid the money value of the extended leave as a gratuity.
(2) The payment of a gratuity under this section is in addition to any other gratuity to which the eligible member may be entitled.
