88 Special provisions relating to administrative employees

88 Special provisions relating to administrative employees

(1) This section applies in relation to an administrative employee who is employed in the NSW Police Force for 6 or 7 working days each week.

(2) Unless the contrary intention appears, a period of leave to which the administrative employee is entitled under this part must be increased to—

(a) if the employee is employed for 6 working days each week—six-fifths of the period of leave to which the employee would otherwise be entitled under this part, or

(b) if the employee is employed for 7 working days each week—seven-fifths of the period of leave to which the employee would otherwise be entitled under this part.
