37 Composition of review panel
(1) A review panel must consist of the following members—
(a) an employer representative appointed by the Commissioner,
(b) an employee representative appointed by the President of the Police Association of NSW,
(c) an independent person appointed by the Minister.
(2) The independent person appointed by the Minister is the chair of the panel.
(3) A person who was involved in the determination or outcome the subject of the review must not be a member of a review panel determining an application for a review of the determination or outcome.
