24 Confirmation of appointment as constable

Confirmation of a probationary constable’s appointment as a police officer of the rank of constable is subject to—

(a) the probationary constable successfully completing basic training, as determined by the Commissioner, and

(b) the probationary constable completing the required period of probation, and

(c) a satisfactory confirmation fitness report being given for the probationary constable, and

(d) the other requirements of this division.
