18 Bar for Valour Award
(1) A police officer who has previously been granted the Valour Award and who performs a further act of conspicuous merit involving exceptional bravery while on duty may be awarded a Silver Bar to the Commissioner’s Valour Award.
(2) A special constable who has previously been granted the Valour Award and who performs a further act of conspicuous merit involving exceptional bravery while on duty may be awarded a Silver Bar to the Commissioner’s Valour Award.
(3) A recipient of a Silver Bar to the Commissioner’s Valour Award is entitled to use the post-nominal “VA*”.
