The following bodies of persons are declared to be bodies to which the Act, section 204A does not apply—
(a) the Justice and Police Museum,
(b) New South Wales Police Legacy Limited,
(c) Police Bank Ltd,
(d) Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW Ltd,
(e) a body that has, among its primary objects, the object of providing public entertainment, other than a sporting activity.
