163 Allowances for NSW Police Force senior executives

163 Allowances for NSW Police Force senior executives

(1) Subject to the Act, section 39(4) and this section, a NSW Police Force senior executive is entitled to be paid the following allowances that the Commissioner may determine in relation to the executive—

(a) travelling and subsistence allowances,

(b) allowances relating to reasonable relocation expenses, whether at the time of being selected for the executive role or during the term of the executive’s employment,

(c) other allowances relating to expenses incurred in discharging the executive’s duties.

(2) The payment of an allowance determined by the Commissioner under this section is subject to a determination by the Public Service Commissioner about the circumstances in which an allowance of that kind may be paid and the amount of the allowance.
