14 Police officers to wear police identification

14 Police officers to wear police identification

(1) Police identification must be—

(a) in the form determined by the Commissioner from time to time, and

(b) worn by police officers in the way the Commissioner directs.

(2) In this section—

police identification means the following—

(a) insignia of rank,

(b) badges,

(c) nameplates,

(d) service numbers.
