137 Referral of disputes to Commission

137 Referral of disputes to Commission

(1) An incapacitated police officer who is dissatisfied by a disputed decision may refer the dispute to the President of the Commission for determination by the Commission.

(2) An incapacitated police officer may refer a dispute about a relevant decision to the President of the Commission only if the relevant decision has already been the subject of a review by ICNSW under section 133.

(3) In this section—

relevant decision means a decision referred to in section 133(1)(a) or (b).
