136 How notice of decision is given
(1) A notice required by section 135 must be given to the incapacitated police officer.
(2) The notice must contain a concise and readily understandable statement of the reason for the Commissioner’s decision and of the issues relevant to the decision.
(3) In addition, notice of a decision to dispute liability for a claim for compensation must identify a provision of the Act, Part 9B or this part.
