117 Domestic and family violence leave entitlements

117 Domestic and family violence leave entitlements

(1) A NSW Police Force senior executive is entitled to the same domestic and family violence leave to which a Public Service employee is entitled under a determination relating to domestic and family violence leave made by the Industrial Relations Secretary, as in force from time to time, under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, section 52.

(2) A NSW Police Force senior executive’s entitlement to domestic and family violence leave under subsection (1) is subject to the same terms that apply in relation to a Public Service employee’s entitlement under the determination.
