(1) The Commissioner may grant military leave to a NSW Police Force senior executive in the same circumstances and on the same terms as the Commissioner may grant military leave to an administrative employee under the Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Administrative Officers and Temporary Employee) Awards 2009, clause 73.
(2) A NSW Police Force senior executive’s entitlement to military leave under subsection (1) is subject to the same terms that apply in relation to an administrative employee’s entitlement to military leave under that award.
