105 Commissioner may grant family and community service leave
(1) The Commissioner may grant family and community service leave to a NSW Police Force senior executive in the same circumstances and on the same terms as the Commissioner may grant family and community service leave to an administrative employee under the Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Administrative Officers and Temporary Employee) Awards 2009, clause 71.
(2) A NSW Police Force senior executive’s entitlement to family and community service leave under subsection (1) is subject to the same terms that apply in relation to an administrative employee’s entitlement to family and community service leave under that award.
