103 Accrual of leave while on leave

103 Accrual of leave while on leave

For the purpose of accrual of leave by a NSW Police Force senior executive—

(a) any period of leave under this division paid at the rate of full pay must be counted as service, and

(b) only half of any period of leave under this division paid at the rate of half pay must be counted as service, and

(c) except as provided for under Division 2—any period of leave without pay under this division must not be counted as service.
