102 Leave entitlements for miscarriages, pre-term births or fertility treatments

(1) A NSW Police Force senior executive is entitled to the same parental leave that a Public Service employee is entitled to under a determination relating to leave in the event of a miscarriage or pre-term birth or when undergoing fertility treatment made by the Industrial Relations Secretary, as in force from time to time, under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, section 52.

(2) A NSW Police Force senior executive’s entitlement to parental leave under subsection (1) is subject to the same terms that apply in relation to a Public Service employee’s entitlement to leave in the event of a miscarriage or pre-term birth or when undergoing fertility treatment under the determination.
