101 Parental leave entitlements
(1) A NSW Police Force senior executive is entitled to the same parental leave to which a Public Service employee is entitled under a determination relating to parental leave made by the Industrial Relations Secretary, as in force from time to time, under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, section 52.
(2) A NSW Police Force senior executive’s entitlement to parental leave under subsection (1) is subject to the same terms that apply in relation to a Public Service employee’s entitlement to parental leave under the determination.
