sec.33 Public officials— Act , sch 6
For schedule 6 of the Act , definition public official , paragraph (b) , an authorised person for a major event is a public official for the event during the major event period for the event. In this section— authorised person , for a major event, means a person appointed for the event under the Major Events Act 2014 , section 56 (1) . major event see the Major Events Act 2014 , section 7 . major event period , for a major event, see the Major Events Act 2014 , section 10 .
