sec.32 Legal aid organisation— Act , sch 6
For schedule 6 of the Act , definition legal aid organisation , paragraph (a) , the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld) Ltd (ATSILS) is prescribed. For schedule 6 of the Act , definition legal aid organisation , paragraph (b) , each of the following organisations is prescribed— the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld) Ltd (ATSILS); Legal Aid within the meaning of the Legal Aid Queensland Act 1997 . (sec.32-ssec.1) For schedule 6 of the Act , definition legal aid organisation , paragraph (a) , the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld) Ltd (ATSILS) is prescribed. (sec.32-ssec.2) For schedule 6 of the Act , definition legal aid organisation , paragraph (b) , each of the following organisations is prescribed— the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld) Ltd (ATSILS); Legal Aid within the meaning of the Legal Aid Queensland Act 1997 .
