sec.22 Exempt comparison— Act , s 494
For section 494 (4) of the Act , each of the following comparisons is exempt— a comparison of the results of DNA analyses made using only information recorded in QDNA; a comparison of the results of DNA analyses made without using the ACC database.
- (a) a comparison of the results of DNA analyses made using only information recorded in QDNA;
- (b) a comparison of the results of DNA analyses made without using the ACC database.
