sch.11-sec.68 Directions in state building

If the enforcement act is the giving of a direction to an entrant to a state building under section 554 of the Act , the information required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts is— when the direction was given; and the location of the entrant when given the direction; and the name of the entrant given the direction, if known; and a description of the entrant given the direction; and the reason the direction was given.

• (a) when the direction was given; and
• (b) the location of the entrant when given the direction; and
• (c) the name of the entrant given the direction, if known; and
• (d) a description of the entrant given the direction; and
• (e) the reason the direction was given.
