sch.11-sec.67 Giving stop and desist notices
If the enforcement act is the giving of a stop and desist notice, the information required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts is— the name of the person to whom the notice was given; and the reason the notice was given; and when and where the notice was given.
- (a) the name of the person to whom the notice was given; and
- (b) the reason the notice was given; and
- (c) when and where the notice was given.
