sch.11-sec.64 Removing or modifying fortifications
If the enforcement act is the removal or modification of fortification of a fortified premises under the Peace and Good Behaviour Act 1982 , section 65 , all of the following information is required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts— the name, if known, of the owner or occupier of the fortified premises; when and where the fortification was removed or modified; the reason the fortification was removed or modified; a description of the fortification; if the fortification was removed—information about the destruction or disposal of the fortification.
- (a) the name, if known, of the owner or occupier of the fortified premises;
- (b) when and where the fortification was removed or modified;
- (c) the reason the fortification was removed or modified;
- (d) a description of the fortification;
- (e) if the fortification was removed—information about the destruction or disposal of the fortification.
