sch.11-sec.58 Giving directions
If the enforcement act is the giving of a direction under section 48 of the Act , the information required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts is— when and where the direction was given; and the name of the person given the direction, if known; and a description of the person given the direction; and the reason the direction was given.
