sch.11-sec.51 Seizing of things other than during search
If the enforcement act is the seizing of a thing, other than during a search, the information required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts is— the name of the person from whom the thing was seized, if known; and when and where the thing was seized; and the reason the thing was seized; and a description of the thing; and information about the return, destruction or disposal of the thing.
- (a) the name of the person from whom the thing was seized, if known; and
- (b) when and where the thing was seized; and
- (c) the reason the thing was seized; and
- (d) a description of the thing; and
- (e) information about the return, destruction or disposal of the thing.
