sch.11-sec.22 Definition for division

In this division— required person , in relation to the questioning of a person, means another person, other than a police officer— whose presence is required, under a law, during the questioning; and See, for example, section 419 (2) , 420 (4) (b) , 421 (3) (b) , 422 (2) (b) , 426 or 430 of the Act . who is not excluded, under a law, from being present during the questioning. See, for example, section 419 (3) , 420 (6) or 421 (5) of the Act .
